Since the inception of our Powder Perks rewards, we have allowed customers to redeem Powder Perks (points) toward purchases made on our website with little restrictions. We also started a VIP program in 2024 awarding extra perks to all shoppers based on spend tiers. Beginning on January 1, 2026, we will be revising our Powder Perks to incorporate some changes in earning and redeeming perks.
Changes to our Powder Perks Program:
Earning Perks: Customers will still earn 1 point per dollar (USD) spent.
Redeeming Perks: Each time you redeem Powder Perks, you are responsible for shipping (Powder Perks do not count towards shipping). Additionally, we will replace the following current ways to redeem.
The following terms are valid indefinitely starting January 1, 2026.
- Customers will earn 1 point per dollar (USD) spent
- Points are only earned on net sale, and do not include shipping
- Customers can earn additional one-time points by following specific criteria listed in the rewards app.
- Customers are able to redeem points in tiers with the following points and use requirements:
- $25 off their order with a minimum purchase of $50
- $50 off their order with a minimum purchase of $100
- $75 off their order with a minimum purchase of $150
- $100 off their order with a minimum purchase of $200
- $150 off their order with a minimum purchase of $300
- $25 off their order with a minimum purchase of $50
- Points will expire 365 days after they are earned.
- Emails will be sent to customers 30 days before points are about to expire.
- Points must be used within 7 days of redeeming.
- After 7 days, redeemed point codes will disappear from the account. This cannot be undone, customer is responsible for redeeming points only when being used. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONLY 1 DISCOUNT CODE (THIS INCLUDES REWARDS POINTS) CAN BE USED PER TRANSACTION.

- Customers who have listed their Birthdate in their online account at least 30 days prior to their birthday will earn 50 powder perks on their birthday each year.
