Refund policy

Should you have an issue with any product sold by Double Dipp'd, please contact us directly.  We have a "no return" policy for sanitary reasons.  However, we stand by all our products and will work with you if you have any concerns.

*EU Customers - you may cancel or return items within 14 days, but you must pay shipping to return your item(s).  Due to sanitary reasons, all returned items must be unused and sealed in the original packaging.  Any items that are returned unsealed are deemed to be used and therefore would not be refunded.

ORDER REFUNDS: Because issuing a refund on an order you forgot to include a discount code or include an additional product causes us to lose money on processing fees not reimbursed by Shopify and/or PayPal, we do not offer refunds on order cancelations.  Should you forget an item, contact us and we can modify the order to include your additional items.  However, we cannot adjust orders for missing discounts.  We may decide to offer you a gift card for refund/adjustment requests, but those requests will only be considered on a case by case basis.  Thank you for understanding!
