Our Dip liquids are a customer favorite! The dip base is slower drying to allow you enough time to dip, and the Top Coat has a fast drying ultimate shine! We also have Acid Free Primer (separate listing). The Primer works great with either Dip or Gel Liquids!
*WE HAVE 2 OZ ACTIVATOR REFILL BOTTLES! (Best used when poured into your empty Activator bottle) Too much activator before Top Coat will make your nails cloudy and/or streaky.
- NOTE: The Activator Refill is not the same formula as the Activator in the glass bottles. It has been known to take longer to dry after being applied, which may affect the dry time of the top coat.
Helpful tips while using the Double Dipp'd dipping liquids:
- Wipe your brush gently on a paper towel after each swipe on your nail to prevent cross contamination of your liquids
- Never wipe off your last Activator as that is how your Dip Top dries.
- Always use your Brush Saver when your brush is contaminated with powder, foils, glitter etc. to avoid contaminating your Dip Base.
- Always use thin even strokes with your Dip Base and Dip Top to avoid flooding your cuticle area and to keep your powder from "bulking up".
Disclaimer: some may experience a reaction to the slight odor and may not be able to use them. This varies with everyone. Wearing a respirator mask and dipping in a well ventilated area may lessen these symptoms and make it comfortable for dipping.

Because our dip liquids are unlike any others on the market, these specific instructions must be followed for the fastest dry time and to achieve the BEST shine.
- Clean and push back cuticles and apply Step 1 (Prep/Bond)
- Apply Step 2 (Dip Base) in a thin manner and immediately dip your nail in the powder on an angle. (Alternatively, you can pour the powder over your finger)
- Using a cuticle stick (or dotting tool) trace around your cuticles removing powder from the area before it is dry.
- Brush any extra powder from your nails and repeat the previous step until you are satisfied with coverage.
- Apply Step 3 (Activator) liberally and let dry (approx.2 minutes) Dry time will depend on the number of layers and what type of dip powders you used (glitter, or solid/shimmer) etc.
- File and buff nails to shape. Clean nails with alcohol or cleanse with water, but make sure they are dry before moving on.
- Apply a small amount of Step 3 (Activator) on each nail.
- Wait no longer than 45 seconds, then apply 2 strokes of Step 4 (Dip Top), on each nail wiping the brush on a paper towel after every time you touch the nail.
- Go back immediately with a nice coat of Step 4 (Dip Top) on all nails and let dry. This takes approx. 2 minutes.
If your nails are taking too long to dry, your timing may be off. But, if your Activator is used very often, it may be time to replace it.

**We have added Shipping Package Protection to our website. At checkout, protection is added automatically. Should you remove protection, we will not cover lost, damaged or stolen packages. When your order is protected, you will submit a claim to us by email at tracy@doubledippdpowder.com. Please include your order number, issue and photos (for damaged orders). Any damaged, lost or stolen packages without shipping protection MAY be covered through USPS or UPS. However, you are responsible for filing all claims.
**For packages marked as delivered but not delivered and those stuck in transit or lost, We evaluate the issue based on the estimated delivery date associated with the order. For orders with no estimated delivery date, issues will be approved 7-30 days from the last tracked point. If a package has an estimated delivery date, issues will be approved within 2-30 days from the estimated delivery date.
**For packages arriving damaged, please include photos of item(s) and submit your issue no later than 5 days from when the package was marked delivered.
**Should an item not be able to be replaced (out of stock or retired item), and your claim is approved, we will issue a refund of the item(s).
Also, if there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Thank you!
REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds cannot be honored. Although never anticipated, should you have an issue with any Double Dipp'd product, please contact us immediately by email at dubbledippd@gmail.com. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING: Normal order processing times are 3-5 Business Days. However, processing times may be elevated beyond 5 business days during New Releases or Restocks.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. This fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify/PayPal.
PRIORITY SHIPPING NOTE: Selecting Priority Shipping ensures that your package is sent Priority Mail. It does not give priority status to your order in the order queue.
PACKAGE PROTECTION: We urge you to consider choosing shipping protection at checkout. Protection is always in your cart, and if you choose not to keep it, you must remove it. However, note that Double Dipp'd will no longer be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost, damaged or stolen AND you purchased the shipping protection at checkout, please reach out to us to file a claim. Please note that claims will be filed for missing mail after all package collection efforts are exhausted. USPS (ground advantage) is 15 days after mailing. USPS (priority mail) is 7 days after mailing. No claims can be filed until after these time frames. NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for items damaged in transit will be filed immediately AFTER the customer provides photographs of the items damaged, packaging and mailing label.
