Order Processing Information

PLEASE NOTE: General order processing times are 3-5 BUSINESS days.  However, during Restocks and Collection Releases, orders may take 10 BUSINESS days (we generally do not work on weekends and holidays).

Additionally, you will not receive any additional updates until your order is processed and mailed.

Please remember that I am a small business with a large volume of orders. Thanks for your patience and support!  

** Shipping times with USPS have been elevated due to COVID-19 and other post office issues. Unfortunately tracking information you receive may not be accurate either. Please be patient and, if your order does not reach you within 30 business days AFTER being mailed, contact us. Before we will replace the order, however, you must have already opened a missing mail search with USPS. More times than not, your package may not be found and will be considered “lost” by USPS, but your package will surface. For this reason, if we notice difficulties with deliveries in any specific area of the country, we may ask you to wait a bit longer for the package because we feel that it will arrive. **

Also, if there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify me within 5 days of receipt. Thank you!

NOTE: I can not replace packages that are stolen once delivered.  If your package is marked as delivered and the Post Office confirms that it was delivered, but you have not received it, file a police report. Postal insurance will not cover stolen packages.
