Sticky Glue Tabs are used to adhere your press on nails to your natural nails securely and easily.  Our tabs are the best that I have tried.  

Brown Paper backing tabs:

  • Strong hold adhesive

FOR BEST ADHESION, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Push back cuticles and lightly buff your natural nail.
  2. Wipe with an alcohol wipe or apply prep/bond or primer to your nail.
  3. Size the tab to your nail keeping in mind to fill the entire nail surface from side to side with the tab.
  4. Remove the backing from the sheet.
  5. Place the sticky tab onto your nail starting a short distance from your cuticle area. Do not place the sticky tab right up against the cuticle.
  6. Press the tab onto all parts of your nails to secure adhesion.
  7. Remove the paper or plastic backing.
  8. With a hair dryer, gently heat your nails being careful not to overheat and burn yourself. The heat step is not mandatory, BUT it does help to melt the sticky tab a bit, making the press on nail stick better.
  9. Take your press on nails and apply them at a slight angle from the cuticle area and pressing them down towards the tip. Making sure you have them as close to the cuticle area as possible. (You can also place the cuticle edge of the nail on the edge of the sticky tab and push the nail back to the cuticle area of your finger and set the nail down. This ensures all parts of the press on nail have glue present and keeps them secure).
  10. Before you press them down to adhere, make sure they are not crooked. You would then have to remove everything and begin again.
  11. Once they are as you want them (fitted to both sides and the cuticle area securely, press on the nails for a bit, making sure they are secure.
  12. Keep your hands clean and dry for 2 hours. No water and no cuticle oil. These things will cause them to lift.

TO REMOVE:

  • Soak your hands in soapy water and/or apply cuticle oil all over the cuticle and side areas of your fingers.
  • Use the cuticle stick provided to gently pry up the edges of the nails.
  • Remove the leftover glue and clean your fingers.

Press on nails can be reused!

SHIPPING ISSUES:

USPS/UPS have procedures for claims that we follow.  For packages that are stuck in transit, a missing mail search must be conducted before filing a claim.  Additionally, claims can only be filed after a certain amount of time has passed.  All rules/timelines for USPS and UPS can be found on their respective websites.  Please reach out to us if your package is stuck, missing or damaged so that the appropriate action can be taken.

**For packages arriving damaged, please include photos of item(s) including the packaging and submit your issue to us no later than 5 days from when the package was marked delivered.  See Terms and Conditions page for all Package Insurance information.

**Should an item not be able to be replaced (out of stock or retired item), and your claim is approved, we will issue a refund of the item(s).

Also, if there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Thank you!

 

Terms & Conditions

REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds cannot be honored. Although never anticipated, should you have an issue with any Double Dipp'd product, please contact us immediately by email at dubbledippd@gmail.com. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING: Normal order processing times are 3-5 Business Days. However, processing times may be elevated beyond 5 business days during New Releases or Restocks.

ORDER CHANGES: Orders cannot be changed or adjusted after submitted. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you double check your order and have applied your discount code, if any. IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR DISCOUNT, DO NOT CONTINUE CHECKING OUT. Contact us for help. Remember free shipping applies on purchases of $100.00 or more AFTER discounts but you must choose the free shipping option.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. This fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify/PayPal.

PACKAGE INSURANCE: All packages are insured via USPS or UPS.  However, this means that the proper protocols with each shipping carrier must be followed before a claim is approved.  The first step will be for the customer to file for a missing mail piece (USPS packages).  That can be done right from the USPS website.  After your missing mail request is sent and should the package not be found (you must send me proof of your inquiry as well as proof that USPS has responded to you via email), then I will remit a claim on your behalf.  Please note that claims will be filed for missing mail after all package collection efforts are exhausted.  USPS (ground advantage) is 15 days after mailing.  USPS (priority mail) is 7 days after mailing.  UPS is 8-10 business days after mailing.  No claims can be filed until after these time frames.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for items damaged in transit will be filed immediately AFTER the customer provides photographs of the items damaged, packaging and mailing label.  Without photos, the carrier will not even consider replacement.  KEEP the package and all contents in case the carrier demands to see them.  USPS will ask you to bring any damaged items to them in person.
