
This Low Odor Dip Base is BRAND NEW effective March of 2025! This special formula was made especially for us. Please note: These have a shorter shelf life (after opening) than our Regular Dip Liquids. Since they are rather new, we are learning specifics.
These bottles are plastic and hold 21ml of liquid. Our Regular Dip Base comes in a Glass thick wall bottle and those hold 15ml of liquid. Part of the reason these cost more than the Regular Dip Base is the extra liquid, but most of all because the Low Odor product costs more to purchase.
After many tests using this product, it has been determined that it dries faster than our Regular Dip Base. There is also little to no odor from this product which should be usable by anyone, especially those sensitive to our Regular Dip Base. Additionally, this liquid appears to be a bit thinner than our Regular Dip Base, allowing for better control of thinner dip layers. For this reason, you may need an extra layer to get the perfect coverage of your dip.
Tips for using the Double Dipp'd dip liquids:
- Wipe your brush gently on a paper towel after each swipe on your nail to prevent cross contamination of your liquids
- Never wipe off your last Activator as that is how your Dip Top dries.
- Always use your Brush Saver to clean your Base brush from debris, dust/foils/flakes and stain.
- Always use thin even strokes with your Dip Base and Dip Top to avoid flooding your cuticle area and to keep your powder from "bulking up".
Returns/Refunds cannot be honored for any dip liquids, gel liquids or powders.
When using our Low Odor Formula dip liquids, these specific instructions must be followed for the fastest dry time and to achieve the BEST shine. These consist of the white plastic bottles. Note only the Dip Base and Dip Top are low odor. You can use any of our Activators with this system.
- Clean and push back cuticles and apply a Bond/Primer.
- Apply Dip Base in a thin manner and immediately dip your nail in the powder on an angle. (Alternatively, you can pour the powder over your finger or lay your finger onto the powder).
- Using a cuticle stick (or dotting tool) trace around your cuticles removing powder from the area before it is dry.
- Brush any extra powder from your nails and repeat the previous step until you are satisfied with coverage.
- Apply Activator liberally and let dry (approx.2 minutes) Dry time will depend on the number of layers and what type of dip powders you used (glitter, or solid/shimmer) etc. Note: Our Low Odor Dip Base dries fast!
- File and buff nails to shape. Clean nails with alcohol or cleanse with water, but make sure they are completely dry before moving on.
- Apply a quick coat of Activator to all nails.
- Wait no longer than 30 seconds then (without wiping) apply 1 coat of Low Odor Dip Top to all nails. (Wipe Dip Top brush on a paper towel before putting it into your bottle to avoid contamination).
- You may apply an additional layer of Dip Top, but you then need to first apply another layer of Activator. (All layers of Dip Top require a layer of Activator to dry properly). If you are adding more than one layer of Dip Top, the Activator must be added after the first Dip Top is added but NOT completely dry. When it begins to crinkle, add the Activator then top coat as above in Step 8.
- Dry in approximately 3-4 minutes.
NOTE: These liquids do require Activator for the Dip Top to dry (but unlike our Original Formula Dip Liquids, Activator is necessary to dry each layer of Dip Top.)

SHIPPING ISSUES:
USPS/UPS have procedures for claims that we follow. For packages that are stuck in transit, a missing mail search must be conducted before filing a claim. Additionally, claims can only be filed after a certain amount of time has passed. All rules/timelines for USPS and UPS can be found on their respective websites. Please reach out to us if your package is stuck, missing or damaged so that the appropriate action can be taken.
**For packages arriving damaged, please include photos of item(s) including the packaging and submit your issue to us no later than 5 days from when the package was marked delivered. See Terms and Conditions page for all Package Insurance information.
**Should an item not be able to be replaced (out of stock or retired item), and your claim is approved, we will issue a refund of the item(s).
PRIORITY SHIPPING: As of July 13, 2025, when you select Priority Mail, it will include Priority Processing. This means your order will be processed before the others in the queue and be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Note: Processing times are elevated to 1-2 business days instead of our 3-5 business day processing period. Yes, it is possible your order will be shipped same or next day, but that solely depends on when your order comes in and whether our orders have gone out for the day.
Also, if there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Thank you!
REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds cannot be honored. Although never anticipated, should you have an issue with any Double Dipp'd product, please contact us immediately by email at dubbledippd@gmail.com. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING: Normal order processing times are 3-5 Business Days. However, processing times may be elevated beyond 5 business days during New Releases or Restocks.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. This fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify/PayPal.
PRIORITY SHIPPING NOTE: Selecting Priority Shipping ensures that your package is sent Priority Mail. It does not give priority status to your order in the order queue.
PACKAGE INSURANCE: All packages are insured via USPS or UPS. However, this means that the proper protocols with each shipping carrier must be followed before a claim is approved. The first step will be for the customer to file for a missing mail piece (USPS packages). That can be done right from the USPS website. After your missing mail request is sent and should the package not be found (you must send me proof of your inquiry as well as proof that USPS has responded to you via email), then I will remit a claim on your behalf. Please note that claims will be filed for missing mail after all package collection efforts are exhausted. USPS (ground advantage) is 15 days after mailing. USPS (priority mail) is 7 days after mailing. UPS is 8-10 business days after mailing. No claims can be filed until after these time frames. NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for items damaged in transit will be filed immediately AFTER the customer provides photographs of the items damaged, packaging and mailing label. Without photos, the carrier will not even consider replacement. KEEP the package and all contents in case the carrier demands to see them. USPS will ask you to bring any damaged items to them in person.
