The hunt is on for "super glows"!  The bright green glow in It's Radioactive surpasses that for sure! The challenge was creating a super glow topper that could still be clear.  I tested this color over a Black base to arrive at the conclusion that this met the criteria!  

Tiny Green/Yellow mermaid powders dance amidst the Clear base and Glow powder.  Add this on top of anything you want to make glow and give your base color an extra punch with the gorgeous tiny glitters!  

To get the maximum glow with any glow powders, you should charge them in a bright light, BUT this one glows right in the jar it's so bright! 

Photos shown with just the topper, then one dip of the topper over black and two dips of the topper over black for comparison.  To get anything to glow over black can be a challenge, but I have done it!  Also shown in the photo is Radioactive Sea Glass, which is another super glow in a "sea glass" type powder.  Sold in a separate listing.

More Info

As of 2/1/24, all dip powders are being filled by volume in 1/4 oz jars (filled to the top) and no longer sold by weight, as they had previously been. However, many powders that were filled prior to that will still be in jars that were filled by weight. Powders filled in 1 oz jars (mostly our Clear Glows and Clear) will be noted in the listing as such. A small amount of settling will occur during shipment.
