Our Regular Gels will be phased out.  After we have depleted our supply, we will carry only Hema Free Gels.

  • When you purchase a Regular Gel Base and Regular Gel Top (or Regular UltraShine Top), you will get a FREE Regular Matte Gel Top (An automatic discount will apply at checkout).

NOTE: Use caution when curing gel liquids in your lamp. Applying gel too thick can cause heat spikes, thereby causing a burning sensation on your nails. Also, wipe away any gel from your skin before curing in a lamp to avoid burning your skin.  Additionally, make sure you cure your gel products according to the directions on your bottles each time. * This is super important! Over-curing or under-curing can cause issues and lead to gel allergies.

We also have Acid Free Primer (separate listing).  The Primer works great with either Dip or Gel Liquids!

We carry the following Gel Liquids:

Regular Gels - Soak off Base Gel, No Wipe Top Coat, No Wipe Matte Top Coat and Ultra Shine No Wipe Top Coat.

Hema Free Gels - Soak off Base Gel, Soak off Rubber Base Gel, No Wipe Top Coat, No Wipe Matte Top Coat, Ultra Shine No Wipe Top Coat and Milky Top Coat.

Yes, you CAN use gel liquids as an alternative way to "dip" your nails using dip powder!  Following these simple instructions, and using a curing lamp, your nails can be "double dipp'd" without the fear of a reaction some experience with the traditional dip liquid system.

Please note that using Gel Liquids vs. Dip Liquids may alter the colors in your Dip Powders.  All colors are swatched using Dip Liquids. Additionally, heavily pigmented or extremely dark colors may not cure properly. This is due to the UV/LED rays not being able to penetrate through the color. If you are unsure which colors those may be, contact us.

Gel liquids need to be kept in a cool, dark place. Exposure to light will harden the gel.

Exposure to extreme temperatures may affect the quality of gel polish/liquids and can cause gel liquids to seize up at the mouth of the bottle.  All bottles are checked before shipping.  If you receive a bottle that appears this way, you can use a sharp object to carefully pull the hardened gel out of the mouth, making the rest of the bottle usable.

Returns/Refunds cannot be honored for any dip liquids, gel liquids or powders.

  3. Apply a thin coat of Gel Base Coat and pour your dip powder over your nail.
  4. Use a cuticle stick or dotting tool to trace around your cuticles removing any powder before it dries.
  5. Cure according to instructions on your bottle.
  6. Brush excess powder from the nails.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 until desired thickness.
  8. File/Buff nails and clean and dry them.

SHIPPING ISSUES:

USPS/UPS have procedures for claims that we follow.  For packages that are stuck in transit, a missing mail search must be conducted before filing a claim.  Additionally, claims can only be filed after a certain amount of time has passed.  All rules/timelines for USPS and UPS can be found on their respective websites.  Please reach out to us if your package is stuck, missing or damaged so that the appropriate action can be taken.

**For packages arriving damaged, please include photos of item(s) including the packaging and submit your issue to us no later than 5 days from when the package was marked delivered.  See Terms and Conditions page for all Package Insurance information.

**Should an item not be able to be replaced (out of stock or retired item), and your claim is approved, we will issue a refund of the item(s).

PRIORITY SHIPPING: As of July 13, 2025, when you select Priority Mail, it will include Priority Processing.  This means your order will be processed before the others in the queue and be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Note:  Processing times are elevated to 1-2 business days instead of our 3-5 business day processing period.  Yes, it is possible your order will be shipped same or next day, but that solely depends on when your order comes in and whether our orders have gone out for the day.

Also, if there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Thank you!

REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds cannot be honored. Although never anticipated, should you have an issue with any Double Dipp'd product, please contact us immediately by email at dubbledippd@gmail.com. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING: Normal order processing times are 3-5 Business Days. However, processing times may be elevated beyond 5 business days during New Releases or Restocks.

ORDER CHANGES: Orders cannot be changed or adjusted after submitted. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you double check your order and have applied your discount code, if any. IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR DISCOUNT, DO NOT CONTINUE CHECKING OUT. Contact us for help. Remember free shipping applies on purchases of $75.00 or more AFTER discounts but you must choose the free shipping option.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. This fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify/PayPal.

PRIORITY SHIPPING NOTE: Selecting Priority Shipping ensures that your package is sent Priority Mail. It does not give priority status to your order in the order queue.

PACKAGE INSURANCE: All packages are insured via USPS or UPS.  However, this means that the proper protocols with each shipping carrier must be followed before a claim is approved.  The first step will be for the customer to file for a missing mail piece (USPS packages).  That can be done right from the USPS website.  After your missing mail request is sent and should the package not be found (you must send me proof of your inquiry as well as proof that USPS has responded to you via email), then I will remit a claim on your behalf.  Please note that claims will be filed for missing mail after all package collection efforts are exhausted.  USPS (ground advantage) is 15 days after mailing.  USPS (priority mail) is 7 days after mailing.  UPS is 8-10 business days after mailing.  No claims can be filed until after these time frames.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for items damaged in transit will be filed immediately AFTER the customer provides photographs of the items damaged, packaging and mailing label.  Without photos, the carrier will not even consider replacement.  KEEP the package and all contents in case the carrier demands to see them.  USPS will ask you to bring any damaged items to them in person.
