Foils and Glitters make up this unique and stunning Dip!  Fine and Medium sized Dark Red and Burgundy Glitters mixed with Red, Black and Gold Foils.   

Our Black Foils do bleed.  They are not fully Black either. They contain a bit of Blue, which makes them bleed like a gun metal shade.  This means that you can NOT use Activator on this Dip without first encapsulating in Clear. You can also float your base brush over the last dip or use Gel Liquids to use this Dip.

Foils can be wild and crazy, I cannot lie!  But, after you dip, using your finger or plastic wrap, pat down the foils.  When you add more base or activator, the foils will flatten.

As of 2/1/24, all dip powders are being filled by volume in 1/4 oz jars (filled to the top) and no longer sold by weight, as they had previously been. However, many powders that were filled prior to that will still be in jars that were filled by weight. Powders filled in 1 oz jars (mostly our Clear Glows and Clear) will be noted in the listing as such. A small amount of settling will occur during shipment.
