From our "A Shot in the Dark" Collection, Blue Hawaii is a Neon Cyan Blue (Teal) Solid with a blue/green glow!  

*powder contains BPO  (benzoyl peroxide)

*It is recommended to complete your mani with a dip of Clear prior to buffing this color. Due to the extreme amount of White Powder in this creation, buffing on the color itself (without a protective layer of clear) may make this color splotchy. 

*NOTE: You need to charge any glow powders before they will glow.  Using a very intense bright light works, being in the bright sun all day and mostly an LED flashlight can be used.  

Also, glow powders do not continuously glow without being charged. For the best results, you will need to recharge them using an LED/UV light source.

Images of Colors May Vary Slightly: While we try our hardest to capture the true color of each powder, many factors including the number of dips you apply, lighting differences and using gel liquids vs. dip liquids may alter your color from our photos. Many of our photos come from our customers.

  • Always dip into the jar on an angle, lay your nail onto the powder or pour the powder over your nails.
  • Use a dusting brush to clean off excess powder after each layer is dry
  • Use a cuticle stick or dotting tool to clean around the cuticle after dipping each layer while still wet
  • When using dip powders with Foils, flakes and/or chunky glitters, pat down the layer with your finger or a piece of plastic wrap to make the layers flat.
  • Always encapsulate any dip powder other than a solid with clear dip powder before buffing/filing.  Don't risk filing color off your glitters or filing off foils, flakes or shimmers.  Clear dip powder will protect the dip powder.
  • At least two layers of dip powder (plus clear) is recommended, but some prefer more layers.

Most dip powders contain the following ingredients:

  • Polymethyl Methacrylate
  • Polyethyl Methacrylate
  • Polybutyl Methacrylate

Powders may also contain polyester glitters, foils and various pigments.  

Some dip powders contain BPO (Benzoyl Peroxide). This will be noted in the listing for any that do. Those will be phased out eventually.

Our Reflective Glitter powders consist of some known allergens, containing the following: Urethane acrylic resin (30-40%), Epoxy acrylic resin (20-30%), Polyester acrylic resin (10-20%), Acrylic (5-30%), Additives (5-10%) And Aluminized layer (0.5-1%)

**We have added Shipping Package Protection to our website.  At checkout, protection is added automatically.  Should you remove protection, we will not cover lost, damaged or stolen packages.  When your order is protected, you will submit a claim to us by email at tracy@doubledippdpowder.com.  Please include your order number, issue and photos (for damaged orders). Any damaged, lost or stolen packages without shipping protection MAY be covered through USPS or UPS.  However, you are responsible for filing all claims.

**For packages marked as delivered but not delivered and those stuck in transit or lost, We evaluate the issue based on the estimated delivery date associated with the order.  For orders with no estimated delivery date, issues will be approved 7-30 days from the last tracked point.  If a package has an estimated delivery date, issues will be approved within 2-30 days from the estimated delivery date.

**For packages arriving damaged, please include photos of item(s) and submit your issue no later than 5 days from when the package was marked delivered.

**Should an item not be able to be replaced (out of stock or retired item), and your claim is approved, we will issue a refund of the item(s).

Also, if there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Thank you!

 

 

REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds cannot be honored. Although never anticipated, should you have an issue with any Double Dipp'd product, please contact us immediately by email at dubbledippd@gmail.com. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING: Normal order processing times are 3-5 Business Days. However, processing times may be elevated beyond 5 business days during New Releases or Restocks.

ORDER CHANGES: Orders cannot be changed or adjusted after submitted. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you double check your order and have applied your discount code, if any. IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR DISCOUNT, DO NOT CONTINUE CHECKING OUT. Contact us for help. Remember free shipping applies on purchases of $75.00 or more AFTER discounts but you must choose the free shipping option.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. This fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify/PayPal.

PRIORITY SHIPPING NOTE: Selecting Priority Shipping ensures that your package is sent Priority Mail. It does not give priority status to your order in the order queue.

PACKAGE PROTECTION: We urge you to consider choosing shipping protection at checkout. Protection is always in your cart, and if you choose not to keep it, you must remove it.  However, note that Double Dipp'd will no longer be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost, damaged or stolen AND you purchased the shipping protection at checkout, please reach out to us to file a claim.  Please note that claims will be filed for missing mail after all package collection efforts are exhausted.  USPS (ground advantage) is 15 days after mailing.  USPS (priority mail) is 7 days after mailing.  No claims can be filed until after these time frames.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for items damaged in transit will be filed immediately AFTER the customer provides photographs of the items damaged, packaging and mailing label.
