Our NEW 3D Sculpting Gel (Non Sticky Gel) is a wax like Gel that can be used to adhere Gel nails/tips, build a nail or make 3D objects and nail art for your nails.  This Gel is Clear, but you can add your own pigment to it for extra POP!

You will need a UV/LED Lamp to cure this gel.

Instructions for use:

Using with Forms (Paper or Dual)

  1. Prep (lightly buff) and cleanse your nails and push back cuticles.
  2.  Apply your Bond/Primer to the entire nail and let dry.
  3.  Apply 1 layer of Gel Base and cure for 30 seconds under LED or 60 seconds under UV light.
  4.  Add some of the Builder Gel to your form and press with finger or Nail Tool to desired shape. (Do NOT mix with any liquid or gel. Gel will be waxing feeling and will harden when cured). This gel does NOT need to be applied in thin layers like liquid builder gel.
  5. Cure for 60 seconds in LED lamp or 2 minutes in UV lamp. Remove form, file and buff to desired shape.  You are now ready for your Dip Powder or Gel products!
  6. To remove, either file off or soak off.  This Gel is harder to remove with our Magic Remover than any of our other Non-Sticky Builder Gels.  The most effective way to remove is file off as much as you can if you are soaking or using our Magic Remover.

Using as a Sculpting Gel for nail art

  1. Do one layer of Gel Base and cure 30 seconds on your nail. (you can do this right on your finished mani BEFORE your top coat).  Gel needs a rough surface to adhere to.
  2. Take some of the Gel out of the pot and form to the shape you’d like and press onto the nail. Using a nail tool (silicone, metal, or the like), make your design or add your embellishments to the non sticky builder gel and cure for 60 seconds in LED lamp or 2 minutes in UV lamp.
  3. Add your Gel Top and cure according to instructions on your bottle.
  4. If you wish to chrome over the design, you would do that prior to curing the design fully. Flash cure the design only for 15-30 seconds or so. (Timing will depend on your lamp wattage) and then chrome and add your Gel Top and Cure.

Using to adhere Gel Nails or Gel Tips

  1. Prep your nails, dehydrate and push back cuticles.
  2. Add Primer to entire nail.
  3. Add a layer of Gel Base and cure.
  4. Add a small amount of 3D Sculpting Gel to the underside of the prepared Gel Nail/Tip.
  5. On an angle, position the nail on top of your natural nail and press down from base to tip.
  6. Remove any excess gel from around your cuticle area and skin PRIOR to curing.
  7. Fully Cure in LED lamp for 60 seconds or 2 minutes in UV lamp.
  8. Buff and file then top coat or add gel polish/dip powder.

SHIPPING ISSUES:

USPS/UPS have procedures for claims that we follow.  For packages that are stuck in transit, a missing mail search must be conducted before filing a claim.  Additionally, claims can only be filed after a certain amount of time has passed.  All rules/timelines for USPS and UPS can be found on their respective websites.  Please reach out to us if your package is stuck, missing or damaged so that the appropriate action can be taken.

**For packages arriving damaged, please include photos of item(s) including the packaging and submit your issue to us no later than 5 days from when the package was marked delivered.  See Terms and Conditions page for all Package Insurance information.

**Should an item not be able to be replaced (out of stock or retired item), and your claim is approved, we will issue a refund of the item(s).

REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds cannot be honored. Although never anticipated, should you have an issue with any Double Dipp'd product, please contact us immediately by email at dubbledippd@gmail.com. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING: Normal order processing times are 3-5 Business Days. However, processing times may be elevated beyond 5 business days during New Releases or Restocks.

ORDER CHANGES: Orders cannot be changed or adjusted after submitted. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you double check your order and have applied your discount code, if any. IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR DISCOUNT, DO NOT CONTINUE CHECKING OUT. Contact us for help. Remember free shipping applies on purchases of $100.00 or more AFTER discounts but you must choose the free shipping option.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. This fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify/PayPal.

PACKAGE INSURANCE: All packages are insured via USPS or UPS.  However, this means that the proper protocols with each shipping carrier must be followed before a claim is approved.  The first step will be for the customer to file for a missing mail piece (USPS packages).  That can be done right from the USPS website.  After your missing mail request is sent and should the package not be found (you must send me proof of your inquiry as well as proof that USPS has responded to you via email), then I will remit a claim on your behalf.  Please note that claims will be filed for missing mail after all package collection efforts are exhausted.  USPS (ground advantage) is 15 days after mailing.  USPS (priority mail) is 7 days after mailing.  UPS is 8-10 business days after mailing.  No claims can be filed until after these time frames.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for items damaged in transit will be filed immediately AFTER the customer provides photographs of the items damaged, packaging and mailing label.  Without photos, the carrier will not even consider replacement.  KEEP the package and all contents in case the carrier demands to see them.  USPS will ask you to bring any damaged items to them in person.

Tips for Use

*IMPORTANT: Make sure to cure all gels the appropriate amount of time (according to the instructions on your bottle).  All gels are not created equal and have different curing times.  Additionally, strictly UV lamps cure differently than LED and UV/LED lamps.  Make sure your lamp is a minimum of 48 watts.  Lamps also do not last forever, if you notice your gel isn't curing correctly or it stays soft, get a new lamp. I suggest replacing after about 2 years if you use it often.  Extending the curing time will help until you purchase a new lamp in a pinch.

Using Gel Polishes

  1. Push back cuticles and cleanse the nail.
  2. Use a dehydrator and/or Primer
  3. Apply a thin coat of your Gel Polish (keeping the gel off your skin and cuticle area).
  4. Cure according to the instructions on the bottle.
  5. Repeat as necessary for desired results.
  6. Top with your Gel Top and cure.

NOTE: If using the Ultra Shine Gel Top, only 1 coat can be applied.  Also, 2 coats of the regular gel top can be applied or one 1 coat of regular gel top then 1 coat of Ultra Shine top coat.

Using Cat Eye Gel Polishes

  1. Push back cuticles and cleanse the nail.
  2. Use a dehydrator and/or Primer
  3. Apply a thin coat of your Gel Polish (keeping the gel off your skin and cuticle area).
  4. Using a strong magnet, position the magnet near the nail to move the particles around until you get the desired look.  Immediately cure according to the time on the bottle to set the look.
  5. Repeat as necessary for desired results.
  6. Top with your Gel Top and cure.

NOTE: If using the Ultra Shine Gel Top, only 1 coat can be applied.  Also, 2 coats of the regular gel top can be applied or one 1 coat of regular gel top then 1 coat of Ultra Shine top coat.

Ingredients

Our gel polishes contain the following ingredients:

  • Acrylates Copolymer, Isobornyl methacrylate, Ethyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phenylphosphinate

Powders may also contain polyester glitters, foils and various pigments.  

While BPO (Benzoyl Peroxide) is not required in dip powder when you use a dip liquid/gel system, some of our dip powders contain BPO. That concentration is less than 5%.

Our Reflective Glitter powders consist of some known allergens, containing the following: Urethane acrylic resin (30-40%), Epoxy acrylic resin (20-30%), Polyester acrylic resin (10-20%), Acrylic (5-30%), Additives (5-10%) And Aluminized layer (0.5-1%)
