
Gift cards are great for those who like to pick out their own things! Give a gift of Double Dipp'd to your friends/family who enjoy dipping their nails!
Gift cards are filled immediately whether your cart contains more items or not. They are electronically sent to your email address. They are also 16 digits in length. If you don't see 16 digits, then you need to make sure you scroll to the left or the right of the page to reveal all digits.
To redeem them, you add the code into the discount code box and because it is a form of payment, you can use a discount code along with card code. Also, you do not have to use the entire gift card at one time. Your funds will always be there until they are totally spent.
PLEASE NOTE: General order processing times are 3-5 BUSINESS days. However, during Restocks and New Releases, order processing may be elevated beyond 5 business days.

**We have added Shipping Package Protection to our website. At checkout, protection is added automatically. Should you remove protection, we will not cover lost, damaged or stolen packages. When your order is protected, you will submit a claim to us by email at tracy@doubledippdpowder.com. Please include your order number, issue and photos (for damaged orders). Any damaged, lost or stolen packages without shipping protection MAY be covered through USPS or UPS. However, you are responsible for filing all claims.
**For packages marked as delivered but not delivered and those stuck in transit or lost, We evaluate the issue based on the estimated delivery date associated with the order. For orders with no estimated delivery date, issues will be approved 7-30 days from the last tracked point. If a package has an estimated delivery date, issues will be approved within 2-30 days from the estimated delivery date.
**For packages arriving damaged, please include photos of item(s) and submit your issue no later than 5 days from when the package was marked delivered.
**Should an item not be able to be replaced (out of stock or retired item), and your claim is approved, we will issue a refund of the item(s).
Also, if there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Thank you!
REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds cannot be honored. Although never anticipated, should you have an issue with any Double Dipp'd product, please contact us immediately by email at dubbledippd@gmail.com. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Remember free shipping applies on purchases of $75.00 or more AFTER discounts but you must choose the free shipping option.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you request an order to be cancelled, there will be a 3% Fee subtracted from your refund. This fee covers refunded processing fees that are not reimbursed by Shopify/PayPal.
PRIORITY SHIPPING NOTE: Selecting Priority Shipping ensures that your package is sent Priority Mail. It does not give priority status to your order in the order queue.
PACKAGE PROTECTION: We urge you to consider choosing shipping protection at checkout. Protection is always in your cart, and if you choose not to keep it, you must remove it. However, note that Double Dipp'd will no longer be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost, damaged or stolen AND you purchased the shipping protection at checkout, please reach out to us to file a claim. Please note that claims will be filed for missing mail after all package collection efforts are exhausted. USPS (ground advantage) is 15 days after mailing. USPS (priority mail) is 7 days after mailing. No claims can be filed until after these time frames. NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims for items damaged in transit will be filed immediately AFTER the customer provides photographs of the items damaged, packaging and mailing label.
