Flirty is a UV changer filled with beautiful Chameleon Flakes that changes from a clear like form to a Pink under the Sun.  The higher the UV rays, the darker your pink will be. (Just by being in the sun does not mean this color will change drastically. When The UV index is low, you will see less of a change in color). 1/4 oz

All main line Dip powders are sold by weight. Because of this, the amount of powder in the jar may vary depending on powder weight.

An exception to this rule includes Sub Colors, which are sold by 1/4 oz. jars filled to the top. Settling will occur during shipment.
