Beautiful Blue/Silver all foil dip powder! Pairs great with Destiny.

You may need to do a clear dip prior to using this powder so that you pick up the maximum foils on your first dip of this color.  Foils stick better to the nail when it's not totally smooth.  If you do not and you don't pick up enough, you may need to dip more than 2 times.

All main line Dip powders are sold by weight. Because of this, the amount of powder in the jar may vary depending on powder weight.

An exception to this rule includes Sub Colors, which are sold by 1/4 oz. jars filled to the top. Settling will occur during shipment.
