The second Dip Powder of the Month (February 2023) is limited to one batch.  Above Zero was modeled after "Below Zero" which was a previous Subscription Color.  When all the materials were not available, we changed the formula (consisting of mermaid powders and fine glitters) and renamed the powder.  The gorgeous mainly Blue color of this powder meets the shiftiness of the mermaid powders along with some other subtle colors for a fantastic powder!

All main line Dip powders are sold by weight. Because of this, the amount of powder in the jar may vary depending on powder weight.

An exception to this rule includes Sub Colors, which are sold by 1/4 oz. jars filled to the top. Settling will occur during shipment.
